ShiftPixy Staffing is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Associate (Temp to Hire)
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with customers, assisting both walk-in and phone customers in a professional manner.
- Sales and Order Processing: Process, pull, and distribute customer products quickly and efficiently. Handle sales orders and invoice generation accurately, ensuring secure payment or credit authorization in accordance with company policy.
- Complaint Resolution: Address questions and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Warranty Management: Evaluate and determine the disposition of warranty items at the counter, following the manufacturer's warranty policy and customer needs.
- Delivery Scheduling: Estimate delivery dates for customers based on vendors production and delivery schedules.
- Warehouse Support: Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: 1 years of related inside sales experience preferred. Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction is helpful.
- Skills: Strong counter presence, excellent customer service attitude, good computer skills including MS Office programs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly. Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- A proactive, coachable individual with a strong desire to grow within the company.
- Possesses a competitive or athletic background, capable of handling failure positively and growing from it.
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service orientation.
